For a while now, Companies have focussed on devising strategies to improve customer experience. Social distancing norms have changed mindsets about service organizations which have ensured business continuity to serving customers in the new normal. We, at Frontizo, believe that we are right in the middle of an exciting evolutionary timeframe in the customer service space in India. With the rapid increase in consumption across sectors and adoption of e-commerce across the country in the recent times, the need for customer engagement has become more relevant than ever.
We have setup up a world class customer service centre, which caters to the fast-expanding user base of customer-oriented industries. Through greater cultural awareness, technology and human touch, our centre in Panchkula is servicing one of India’s largest online marketplaces. This is a testament to our commitment and promise to the Indian customer to offer them excellent customer service experience and solutions.
